Introducing Data Processing Rule Engine:

We’re excited to introduce our latest feature on the HRMS Sync platform: Enhanced automated workflows and role creation. This update transforms how you manage and process client data. With new post-processing capabilities, you can automatically filter, clean, and validate the data before it enters your system. Whether it's refining phone numbers or removing unwanted data points, our platform ensures only relevant, clean data is consumed, streamlining your processes and reducing errors.

For example, if your client’s system sends 500 data points, but you only need 50, our platform allows you to map the relevant data with precision. Your CSM/KAM can easily match incoming data to your API response—such as mapping the client’s "employee name" field to the "full name" field in your API—ensuring that only the necessary information is saved.

Additionally, the role creation feature allows for greater flexibility, enabling you to define rules for different clients. For instance, you can set up roles like "coordinator" based on criteria such as employee grade or department. This feature gives you the power to apply specific rules for each client, helping tailor the experience and make your data management more efficient and adaptable to varied needs.
