New Feature: IP Whitelisting in SFTP Integration

With our new IP Whitelisting feature in SFTP integration, clients gain an added layer of security by restricting data access to specific, approved IP addresses. This setup ensures only authorized connections can initiate data transfers, essential for handling sensitive HR and payroll data.

IP Whitelisting Process:

1. Access & Setup: Vendors invite clients via our console, and clients use provided credentials to access it.

2. Configuration: Clients input their IP address, port, file directory, username, and password/private key.

3. Sample File Upload: A sample CSV upload ensures settings are configured correctly.

With IP whitelisting, data transfers are more secure, controlled, and reliable.

Enhanced Reliability: End-of-Day (EOD) Webhook Reconciliation

Our new End-of-Day Webhook Reconciliation offers an advanced solution for ensuring data consistency, even during client-side downtime or network issues.

Overview of EOD Reconciliation:

This improvement introduces a more reliable webhook retry mechanism that tracks failed webhook events throughout the day and retries them at the end of each day. With this system, clients avoid data loss and operational disruptions, ensuring they have access to all the critical data they need.

Key Benefits

• Scheduler/Cron Job: Automates retries for failed webhooks daily, preserving them for a configurable period (e.g., 7 days).

• Manual API-based Reconciliation: Allows clients to request missed webhooks with specific filters like status, request ID, timestamp, and last successful webhook ID.
